Nip/Tuck is a disturbingly perfect drama about two very efficient plastic surgeons who despite being good friends and business partners have entirely different personalities. Sean McNamara is a week kneed man who is trying to save his marriage with Julia from falling apart, and improving his strained relationship with his rebellious teenage son Matt and being a good father to his young daughter Annie. Christian Troy on the other hand is an is an arrogant, narcissistic, unethical playboy who worships wine, women and money and has no regrets about doing practically anything including lying, cheating, stealing, blackmailing or even seducing people to get what he wants.
